2. REFUND and RETURN POLICY :
We do not accept returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons.
Once the orders are placed we begin the first stage of processing and thus cannot cancel it.
Kindly note each piece of Jewellery is completely handcrafted, and in order to be put up for sale must pass our quality testing. Handcrafted imperfections do not affect the functionality of the product.
