When I look back at my time as a interior design student in Milan, I always searched for unique handmade pieces of decor and furniture to go with my designed space.
From there the love for handmade products begun for me and now translates into Ad Astra Designs.
I am the sole artist at Ad Astra Designs currently, and my aim is to bring Handcrafted objects to the Indian Design / Decor market.
This creates an immersive and emotional experience for the client as well as the artist, furthermore adding so much to a space.
Handcrafted goods are much more valuable and high in quality compared to mass manufactured products, it also helps your local artists and designers sustain a livelihood on their own terms. It means becoming more self-sufficient and less dependant on imports.
Handcrafted items also gives a boom to the local economy .
When you shop at Ad Astra Designs, all of the products are handcrafted. This means that many of your pieces are one of a kind and carry a unique story.
